I want to staff a Police Call Centre that answers Emergency and Non Emergency Calls 24 hours per day 365 Days a year.
So that it delivers the following:
1. Quality Assurance of the Staff of at least 90% in relation to National Call Handling Standards.
2. At least 92% of Emergency Calls answered within 10 seconds.
3. At least 90% of Non Emergency Calls answered within 30 seconds.
